1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online store of DS CREATE ADVERTISING

(www.dscreateadvertising.com).
Individual services (e.g., website creation in cooperation with Webador, WordPress, or similar providers) can only be booked upon personal request and separate agreement and are not covered by these T&C.

3. Subject of the Contract

The online store offers digital design services, in particular:

Logo creation

Business card design

Creation of promotional materials (e.g., flyers, posters)

Creation of CVs and similar documents

These services are created individually after payment has been received and are delivered digitally only.
Complete website creation is available only upon request and is subject to a separate agreement.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of services in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer submits a binding offer.
The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email or start providing the service.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT (if applicable).
Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process (e.g., PayPal, credit card, prepayment).

6. Delivery and Processing

Delivery is made exclusively in digital form via email or download link.
Processing time depends on the service and will be communicated individually.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Exception: For individually created designs or digital content not pre-produced, the right of withdrawal expires once processing has started after the customer has expressly agreed.

8. Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for the agreed purpose.
Copyright remains with DS CREATE ADVERTISING. Redistribution, duplication, or resale without our consent is prohibited.

9. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty provisions apply.
We accept no liability for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

10. Applicable Law

Spanish law applies, taking into account mandatory consumer protection provisions of the EU.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
